📣 New Site at 877 Yonge Street

Bellwoods is delighted to partner again with St. Clare’s Multifaith Society to manage units in a new residential complex at 877 Yonge St., Toronto.

Bellwoods Centres for Community Living (“Bellwoods”) is delighted to announce that it has once again partnered with St. Clare’s Multifaith Housing Society (“St. Clare’s”) to manage thirteen (13) units in a new residential complex at 877 Yonge Street, in the City of Toronto.  Occupancy of the units will commence October 1, 2023. 

 

These fully accessible units will provide much needed housing capacity for individuals with physical disabilities who require support to live independently in the community.  Individuals eligible to apply for one of the units include individuals already living in the community who require personal and independent living (IL) supports to remain in the community, individuals in hospital who are at risk or have been designated Alternative Level of Care (ALC), and residents in long-term care home who are able to transition back to the community.  

 

Eligible clients will be offered access to a permanent, accessible home in a supportive living environment within the community.
