Service Accountability Agreements
Bellwoods operates under a Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSSA) with Ontario Health (Toronto Region).

Declaration of Compliance
Bellwoods submits an annual Declaration of Compliance under the MSSA. This declaration confirms that the organization has fulfilled its obligations under the agreement.

Accreditation and Quality Standards
Bellwoods is accredited by Accreditation Canada and has achieved Exemplary Standing.
Accreditation reflects compliance with national standards related to governance, safety, and service quality. It also supports continuous improvement across all areas of the organization.
Financial Transparency

Privacy and Personal Health Information
Bellwoods is a Health Information Custodian under the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), 2004.
This means we are legally responsible for protecting the personal health information of applicants and clients.
Under PHIPA, Bellwoods:
- Collects only necessary information
- Uses and shares information appropriately
- Protects information through safeguards
- Provides individuals with access to their records
- Responds to privacy concerns and complaints
