Bellwoods Centres for Community Living Inc. has opened a Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for new Board members.
The current vacancies to be filled seek committed individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Leadership experience in the health care system with a focus on quality improvement
- Expertise in and knowledge of financial management of not-for-profit organizations and the not-for-profit sector more generally
- Expertise in legal matters and, in particular, those of relevance to not-for-profit organizations
- Demonstrated professional experience and competencies in human resource matters
- Strong understanding/experience in property development and management
- Marketing, Communications, and Government/Public Relations Experience
- Experience in fundraising in the not-for-profit sector
- Lived experience in receiving community or independent living services
We invite interested individuals to apply to serve in a voluntary capacity as members on our Board of Directors. Successful candidate(s) will commence their term of office on the Board of Directors in January 2024.
